Southern Home Supplies provides residential and commercial installation services including insulation, glass shower doors, garage doors, hurricane protection, fireplace installation, and blower door and duct testing across Mississippi.
All work is performed subject to a separate written estimate or agreement. No service engagement begins until both parties have agreed on scope and pricing. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Final pricing is subject to change based on actual field conditions, material costs at time of order, or scope changes requested by the client. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.
By scheduling a service appointment, you agree to provide reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. If access is unavailable and we cannot complete the scheduled work, we may charge a trip fee. We will make reasonable effort to accommodate rescheduling requests when given advance notice.
Payment terms are outlined in each written estimate or contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of work. Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the maximum rate permitted by Mississippi law. We reserve the right to suspend service for accounts with outstanding balances.
We stand behind our work. Workmanship warranty terms vary by service type and are detailed in your written estimate or contract. Product warranties are passed through from the manufacturer and are subject to manufacturer terms. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and are void if work has been altered, misused, or damaged by third parties after installation.
Southern Home Supplies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any service or delay, including lost revenue or project delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, supply chain issues, code authority delays, or acts outside our scope of work). Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
